Тresonche is located at an altitude of 1000 -1100 meters above the sea level.

An asphalt road leads to the village of Tresonche, branching off from the Boskov Most junction on the Debar–Mavrovo regional road, and continues along the Mala Reka River. The village is located in the heart of the Bistra Mountain.
